    Hello! We’re BOPBOX, a family-ran eatery in Seattle's Georgetown neighborhood serving home-cooked, scratch-made Korean dishes centered around BOP (rice).

    Relying on years of experience, knowledge and techniques used in our own home kitchens, we work with both seasonal and traditional ingredients to make it uniquely ours.

    You’ll find our selection of grains perfectly al dente, a roster of seasonal veggies rotating throughout the year, an occasional special thrown in on a whim, and a variety of kimchi working magic on your gut. Our menu is designed to work with your cravings and mood - both health-focused and comforting and always satiating.

    “It’s air-dried, hand-dipped and double-fried to order. This process isn’t fast but it makes for super juicy chicken with an unforgettable crunch.

    It’s fresh, never frozen, antibiotic- and hormone-free chicken.

    It’s hand-made biscuits and sides made from scratch, using fresh, responsibly sourced ingredients that we prepare with care and integrity.

 Unless otherwise noted, island deliveries are generally made between 6-730pm.

On the day of service, you will receive an estimated time we expect to be to your address, with live updates to follow from the boats.

A service fee of 18% will be charged at checkout, 100% of which is shared by our island fleet of delivery drivers.

Prices include tax & delivery to your Vashon doorstep.
